We attempted to hold family home evening last night, but the cards did not stack up for us. By the time that we had gotten done with Wal-Mart we simply did not have enough time to do a full FHE and so we postponed it until tomorrow night. Olivia did have a fun night and she enjoyed the new pj’s that she received. She helped us by assisting with the dishes, and by picking up the front room to help me. She continues to ask us if we are happy multiple times a night. Natalie and I respond that if she is happy then we are happy.
We worked well together as a family last night which always feels rewarding. We read the scriptures in Heleman chapter 14. Even when the Lord gives us direct signs to watch for, it still requires the faith in our part to decide to align ourselves with God’s will.
