A Lovely Day Off…

I have just returned today from a four-day weekend. It was fairly relaxing for me. I threw my back out, and as a result, I was pretty unproductive. It was still nice to get a little bit of me time. I know that sounds bad, but to deprive myself of free-time only creates more unhappiness. Last night was a little chaotic as Doug, Natalie’s father, came over to fix the pipes that froze, and my mom came over to watch Olivia while we caught up on our laundry. I was happy to see both of them, even though Olivia froze up around them. Natalie was so supportive and helpful with my needs last night.
